What exactly is going on? Have I read it right in that it sounds like he's introduced martial law in those communities? Just how bad is it?

I don't know anything of what's going on,
but just by reading that it seems like he's trying to do a good thing (i.e stop child abuse). Seems like they're not policing themselves very well.

But I don't know what's really going on there to get you so riled up.

Only somewhat related, Anyone seen Bindi, that preview of her show cracks me up. She is her father. Crochunter-child is gonna be a hit. While some people have filled in his shoes quite well, this little girl will prob be the follow up to Cousteau and Steve Irwin. She's gonna carry the torch for animal stuff soon if not now.
