John McNulty (born May 29, 1968) is a National Football League coach. He is a 1990 graduate of Penn State.[1] He is currently an offensive coach (quarterbacks) for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.[2] Until 2013, he was a coach for the Arizona Cardinals, where he began as a wide receiver’s coach in early 2009 and became quarterbacks coach in 2012.

I'm not sure, apparently it was who Wiz wanted, but going by his recent work it seems iffy. Granted it was with the Bucs and Cards, so we will have to wait and see.

Dunno how to feel about him, Freeman such such a bust, but Glennon showed promise, So I'm on the fence for now.

It was rumored that Whiz wanted him for OC, so I guess its someone he really wanted. He did good work with Glennon. I don't think we can fault him for freeman. There was a whole set of issues there.
