I'm so glad we didn't make a bid for him. I still believe he's a product of the system. I just don't think he would have done well with Lebeau's man to man scheme. Sure there's a chance he might, but I can understand why we wouldn't risk 15 mil a year on that gamble. I think two years from now, this will be one of those "dodged a bullet" moments.

 

And we always pay for nobody :(

 

We have to be relevant first. You pay big bucks for high profile agents when you're a few pieces away from a championship caliber team. We have too much to fix and no true identity yet. This is why the draft is important for teams like us. We'll get there.
