    after all, they are getting a free education. Its up to them if they want to make anything of it though.

    I think at the very least they should be able to get corporate sponsorships. Everywhere other than the NCAA amateur athletes can get corporate sponsorships. Here is the NCAA mentality. Not only will the NCAA not pay but they will they will not allow you to be paid by anyone. It is mandated poverty.

    Yea, nothing wrong with universities, networks, sponsors, NCAA and merchants making hundreds of millions off the backs of supposedly amateur athletes.

    Everyone is getting rich except for the people actually producing the product being sold.

    50 years ago CFB was an amateur sport full of rainbows and unicorns.

    Today it us nothing more than another semiprofessional sports league.

    Pay them. I'm not sure what possible difference it could make to the fans.

    The money is already there.

    Are they going to back pay every ncaa athlete that's still alive to be fair?
