I can't hope the Titans ever lose but I'm won't lose sleep if they do.

I honestly believe that the Irsay either directly or indirectly directed the Colts to lose in order to attain the Luck pick. Sometimes you have to burn the field so next year's crop will have a higher yield. Look where they are now. It wasn't just luck on their part to get Luck.

The best thing that could happen to this franchise is to get a top five pick and fire EVERYONE in the FO and coaching staff just before the last game. Just do it. Get a new GM. And definitely effin fire Reinfeldt- that boob has done NOTHING but bring this franchise into the dirt. Fans would maintain a financial interest simply out of hope, loyalty to the franchise and curiosity for the next years.

We are looking at a 3 year project at the earliest to return to playoff contention. We are 2 years behind the Colts and the Texans are set to be a division contender for years.

Get used to it. There are a few on the board that aren't interested in real dialogue. They insult you and when that doesn't work they will then sensationalize your comments out of context. You end up having to spend time clarifying their misrepresentation of your real opinion. It is a cheap parlor trick in the world of debate. It is a face-saving move when the error of their position has become painfully obvious. (yes- I still have the "red-azz")

This may end up being the truest words said on this site, but no fan wants to accept losing.

It might just be the best thing for us to lose out, but I wont for .02 seconds act like that'll be enjoyable while it's happening.

As I fan I enjoy the feeling of a win, and hate the taste of defeat.

I get what you and some others are saying, lose now to be able to win later, but thats not the football fan in you talking, thats the person sick of losing.

I'm tired of losing too, but I'm living in the moment here when I say I don't want us to lose any games on purpose. That changes the game, football is suppose to be pure. Thats what keeps the NFL ahead of the NBA and MLB.

Nobody hates losing more than me, I can assure you of that. But we aren't getting out of this rut without a true "franchise" player. We blew it with VY (myself included) and I'm not sold that Locker is franchise material. I didn't like the pick and I'm seeing less and less to make me believe that we didn't blow it again. His play is affirming what the critics said about him pre-draft.

This franchise is a mess. No foundation, few leaders and a cloud of apathy/complacency has settled in at BSP. Blow it up now. Truly re-build.

How can anyone believe that if you are openly wanting us to lose? Some of us don't want the Titans to lose.

I also don't think we are nearly as far off as you'd like us to believe.

There is some real talent on offense. Shore up the O-line and we are pretty good shape. Defense has a lot of young players some that are looking pretty good. One game changer on the D-line could drastically improve overall defensive performance and then what do we have? A playoff caliber team.

We still need 2 new safety's and a good pass rusher.

We could also use 3 new O-Linemen.

For those of you clamoring for us to lose, who the hell are you wanting us to draft?

You beat me to it, I had the same question. Outside of Teo I don't know who's truly going to help immediately in the top 5. Even with him, there's no guarantee.
