I'm not really seeing anyone giving kudos to Gage. He played a great game and finally earned the money the Titans are paying him.

10 catches for 135 yards is pretty darn good for a WR on Titans.

    Cheers to Justin!

Gage needs some help. If there is no one on the roster who is going to step up and be the play-making WR the Titans need, then I think it becomes one of the team's top priorities heading into free agency.

He played his heart out last night, but the key for him will be keeping it going for a full season. If we can find a speed threat to line up on the other side (the Eddie Royal of the 2009 draft) and Brandon Jones can keep developing into a slot specialist, our WR problems may be largely alleviated.

    Let's be realistic here.

Did Gage have a great game? Yes.

Did you think he would have had a great game NEXT week?

I didn't. I appreciate him giving us someone to depend on last night, but his track record to me so far is inconsistency. I hope he at least works on his blocking so there's no excuses to why we keep McCarreins.

Maybe he can give Lendale and Crump some lessons on ball security. The way he was wrapping up the ball you wouldn't have been able to shift it with a crow bar(tire iron for you across the pond).

Concussion was the rumor. But he, as usual, looked like he made a mistake and just didn't care. So who knows?

I blame that more on the coaches. They should have been warned the Ravens were going to do that. Even I anticipated that and I'm usually too full of angst before the games start.

the ravens weren't going for the strip, that's the thing. lendale got run into from behind on a hustle play by a d-lineman and alge got hit on the ball with a shoulder pad.
