With the beasts up front, he has a perfect opportunity to make a significant comeback if he can stay healthy and motivated.

That's the way I feel too. The situation seems almost too perfect. Teams already had to worry about Big Al and KVB, but now the spedster on the outside. LOOK OUT  !

I hate to say it, but I can see him getting injured in camp and being completely useless.

I really hope it doesn't happen.

Curiously, is it part of our scouting department to draft/sign guys who had hard upbringings? Kearse, Bulluck, Pacman, Todd Williams all come to mind. That's an extraordinary amount of people who have suffered a loss.

Yeah. I think I'll be holding my breath all season long on both Kearse and Crumpler. Fisher will only work them one session during two-a-days in training camp with the occasional day off which may help.

I'm liking the thought of the Freak trotting out on the field the first time an opponent is in third-and-five. LP will go nuts.

In all seriousness, I think Kearse will have 7 or more sacks this season. The eagles read and react system was too hard for an undersized pass rusher. Now he can just focus on beating the tackle and coming around the corner. :super:

Dude plays the run better than alot of DE's I don't think you can just classify him as a pass specialist. He is definantly an all-purpose DE. You're right that he is undersized though.

I agree, and hope that his injury plagued body has been revitalized on this return trip to Tenn. I really hate that what sticks out in my mind is his most recent body of work, and that's him leaving here injury prone, going to the Eagles injury prone, and getting benched. I only have high hopes for him as he was one of my favorite Titans, until he betrayed us for a few dollars.

He didn't betray for "a few dollars". Puhleeeze- who wouldn't follow the money. That is his profession.

I'm worried about his health if he plays more than a situational role. There is nothing in the body of his career work that suggests he can tolerate anything more. It was mis-leading for Fish & Co. to suggest they want him on the field for more snaps than that. That foot will act up again sometime this year.

I think the crowd will be modestly responsive during his introduction- mostly for sentiment. The crowd will go nuts with his first sack. I hope the press keeps KVB in the lime-light. The "Cue Ball" has earned it.

Clearly Jevon fits not only in this scheme but can reap the benefits of being in a lineup with Kyle and Albert. On another team he's just another defensive end, but here he can get back to being the freak.

With all 3 of them in the lineup it could be a QB's "Perfect Storm"
