Kenny Britt can’t outrun knee problems

    Washington might have ONE good season left in him, if Britt doesn't pan out, WR is likely another high need after next year.

    washington will be good next season, i'm sure wright will be even better than his rookie season... jared cook not sure about... he seems to be getting annoyed with losing and not being a big part of the offense... im more concerned on our crappy defense and coaching. OH YEAH and the QB situation....

    Well he's had a much better season than Kenny Britt has ever had and that was in 2011. And he is only going to be 30 next season. I think he has several more good years left.

    Washington and Wright should be quality for several more seasons BUT I think we won't re-sign Nate since they are similar builds and we do need a bigger WR like Britt. Of course I don't think Britt will ever be exceptional again, so I think we could be looking for a WR again before too long.

    Next year I feel good about though with Britt-NaWash-KWright.

    Nate Washington had the 49th most yards of all TEs/WRs in the NFL with 746. His 46 catches put him at 84th in the league.

    I would say that is a "good" year. I could see him having 4 more years between 700-900 yards and around 50ish catches.

    I wouldn't say that type of year is great or elite, but apparently that type of year is enough to make Kenny Britt an elite WR so maybe I should say Nate had an elite year?

    Nate has made some amazing plays, but he's not big enough or fast enough to create match-up problems the way Kenny can when healthy. IMO Nate is not good enough to be our go-to guy.

    He is more reliable so he might have to be that guy whether we like it or not.

    Britt can be a Beast, but he's an inconsistent Beast. Hope I'm wrong but just don't see him ever being a healthy, consistent and dependable receiver.
