Is there a player in the draft that could be a 2nd-4th round pick that would drastically improve KR/PR positions? Maybe not the best receiver but someone who has the moves for returning the ball..?

I know KR is devalued a lot since kickoffs are mostly touchbacks. But every chance the Titans got to return was a disaster. But it seemed other teams did well returning against us.

Cliff notes: Do we draft a dedicated return man or try random ****heads like last year?

That should be the answer but isn't

Sankey seems to have blown his chance here

Braxton miller could be that guy. Let him contribute on STs while he learns to play WR.

Ed Eagan from Northwestern State is the next Marc Mariani.

Cyrus jones and Kenyan drake also have shown they are capable returners.

Far and away the best returner in the country was Cyrus Jones of Alabama. Per BR:

While Cyrus Jones was also Alabama's starting cornerback, his main impact on the team was as a punt returner. He finished with four punt-return touchdowns, most in the country, en route to a 12.6 yards-per-return average despite teams frequently trying to avoid him.

For Jones, it’s his burst of acceleration and decisive cuts upfield that give him the most success. He can be elusive, but his ability to plant when he sees an opening and reach his top speed quickly in open space is the biggest attraction. He’s a better return prospect than a cornerback and may still go in the top five rounds because of it.

would be nice to have a guy like Mariani returning kicks and punts

hes pretty real good at both

it would be some sort of coaching/general managing malfeasance to let a guy like that go without serious compensation....

I'd be cool with Cyrus Jones. Fills two needs. CB depth and ST returner.
