    @CRUDS not sure if you watched it yet.

    I was a big fan of Michael Dougherty's last film "Trick r' Treat". It is probably one of my favorite Halloween movie. If you haven't seen it yet I highly recommend it. It has become a yearly Halloween viewing.

    Krampus was not far off as a holiday themed movie. It was a fun Christmas movie with a similar feeling to Gremlins or other creature films from my childhood which I also liked.

    I think this one will find a similar place at my house.

    Check it out.

    I have a rich German heritage on both sides of my family.

    When I was a kid, my mom and great-grandmother told me about Krampus. They told me every single time I got in trouble that Krampus was going to come on Christmas and cut off my toes.

    Every Christmas Eve between ages 5-9, I slept with my shoes on.
