    I really like watching gaelic football.

    What I have seen on tv is club level. I have no idea if there is truly professional gaelic football. Regardless they are both better than soccer.

    Do you get extra points if you make the goal through the holes? Otherwise, there's no point.

    It seems like it would be too easy to score, honestly.

    Yes you do. There are various levels you can score from on the field. The farther back you are, the more each goal is worth. You can dunk, kick, or throw through the holes for 2-8 points. If you kick the ball through the hole from the farthest point, you score a Kronum worth 8 points. Games end in the 20-40 point rang.
