I just hope we're not comparing him to Bam Morris in a few years time.

Some teams (ourselves and the Saints included) are absolutely stockpiling starting caliber talent at RB. The Saints have Bennett, McAllister and Bush and we have Henry, Brown and White. If someone from another team goes down in pre-season, the phones will definitely be ringing.

    Puck..

Better than bettis? Better than a hall of fame guy?

Bettis was disciplined enough to play 13 seasons and run for 1000 yards or more 8 times. Let's wait a few seasons before we start making those statements.

One thing eddie could do and bettis could do is make people miss and change direction somewhat. You can't be a top back in the nfl just with power. That would be one question about white is that with that great o-line he was able to hit the line of scrimmage running down hill with his shoulders square. It will be different in the nfl.

He does seem to have nice feet so maybe he wil do fine.

Lendale can make people miss with his footwork, but he isn't evasive.

  5. but with this pick it seems like we are going to go back to ball and clock control like what we did when we had eddie and that worked out great
