Let the Right One In

Let me be the first to utilize TB's idea of a new thread for each film discussion.

I thought "Right One" was fantastic.. Finally a fresh twist on a vampire tale.
Shame that hordes of Hot Topic teens were out watching Twilight while this movie goes practically unnoticed except in the underground horror circles..

The best horror film i've seen in 10 years. It was poetry in motion. It was not only a great vampire story, but it was a fantastic story of friendship. It will go down as one of the best foreign horror films and I watched it TWICE in a row when I rented it. I actually bought it the next day.

Dubbed or subs?

1st dubbed, got annoyed, then turned on subs, MUCH BETTER with the subtitles

Like I said in the Movie Thread, its one of the best modern horror films, maybe THE best, and probably my favorite vampire movie in a long long time. I couldn't recommend it more, whether you're a horror fan or not (one could argue it's not even that), and Subs are a must.

Yes the dub track sucked. Made the kids sound cartoonish..

I've never heard of it. I'll check it out. Where was it made?

Maybe Oneton or kaZ can PM with this if it qualifies as a spoiler but what exactly did the boy see when she changed clothes? I sent the flick back before it struck me that I needed to cue that part again - happened so fast I missed it - though I have an idea.
