Well bottom line is we all can agree that adding a power back to change things up with CJ should be a priority............... And since I love to cry over spillt milk........... It is too bad ol' Guppy Fisher cut Lagarrette Blount. As an added bonus, he could have backed up Courtland when Johnson attacked him. Have a look, you can tell this is not the first punch he has thrown in his life:

That fool from Boise was asking for it. You don't act up like that. :chuck:

    Should've gone after Michael Bush.

Both times he was available in free agency, I wanted us to get him.

We don't make many good moves though, so it wasn't surprising.

Of those people I'd like to see us take a look at Greene/Hillis/Redman if available. Maybe Jacobs?
S jax and Bush are going to want too much money IMO (if Bush even makes it to the open market). And the rest are either scrubs, washed up, or just don't fit with our current needs.

We need to see how the rest of the season plays out though. Because if CJ plays like he did the first 3 weeks for the remainder of the season then he's out of here. And that drastically changes the discussion.

Even if that were to happen I'd hope we wouldn't overpay a vet to be our starter. Pickup a mid-level vet and really do your homework and draft a solid guy in the mid-rounds. And most importantly, upgrade the damn O-line.

Bush is just another CJ type, we have Reynaud for that.

What I don't understand, and fans keep saying it, you don't want to overpay. Why does price matter when we can't spend our cap money? next year teams have to spend almost all their cap.

Outside of a couple of names, this list might as well be the National Spelling Bee roster. Like I said, I don't follow college very closely.

Reynaud doesn't have half the talent that Bush does, stop that
