Quarterback Jake Locker (non-throwing shoulder) wrapped up the week of practice on a high note and will start Sunday’s game at San Diego as expected. Said coach Mike Munchak: “He got better every day. He won’t even talk about his shoulder. He feels good and I don’t think in his mind it will be a factor at all in this game.”

Munchak officially ruled out linebacker Colin McCarthy (anlkle), running back Javon Ringer (elbow) and tackle Mike Otto (knee, finger).

Wide receiver Nate Washington (leg contusion) is questionable. He did not practice this week but ran on a side field on Friday. Even if Washington plays against the Chargers, he will be limited, Munchak said.

Wide receiver Kenny Britt (knees) is also listed as questionable but is expected to play. He practiced all week. Guard Leroy Harris (knee) is probable.
