Locker vs. Gabbert

the Jags will always dwell in the basement of the AFC South.they haven't had a decent QB since Brunnell over a decade ago.

 

Of course Locker is the better pick because that is who we took. If we had taken Gabbert he would be the better pick.

IMO the Jags made a good move. Time will tell on which guy is really better but Gabbert is a smart kid with good athleticism and a good arm and he can sit for a year behind Garrard. If I'm making the choice between him and Locker I'm not sure who I take. Seems like both have their good and bad points but maybe Locker has a higher ceiling.

 

just saw an interview with Maurice Jones Drew of the Jags.he pretty much stated that he believes in Garrard and thinks that he has a good shot at staying the starting QB in Jax.

 

duh, they are hommies like CJ and VY. has CJ tweeted anything about Locker since the draft?

 

Him and Razzano (sp?) liked Locker.

 

I would have been pissed if we took Gabbert over anyone. He was the only guy, aside from Cam Newton, I absolutely did not want at 8.
