If Locker sucks Fitz will play.

I'm not too concerned about the QB position this year. Hell, we had our best record with Kerry freaking Collins.

Take Justin Tuck off the Super Bowl winning Giant teams and they're "thin" at DE all of a sudden right? Well adding Abraham would solidify the position in the same way for us.

Point is; without 3 stud DE's, the Giants don't win 2 Super Bowls.

I like Edwards and Dawson as depth, Solomon IDKWTF he's worth, probably nothing though. So adding Abraham would be big for us.

I was indifferent at 1st but thinking about it more I do really want the guy here in TN. He'll add more vet depth and like other posters are saying, give us much needed depth at DE.

I like our defense right now. I think we can compete for the division.

Ive been snooping around some Falcon forums, and all the fans like Abraham and want him back, but think the GM made it very hard to make the relationship work. Thats good for us.

Abraham wants at least 5 million annually. Is that too much to pay for a 35 year old defensive end? I think if he would be one of our final pieces to the puzzle to have a playoff team this year, we should do it.

Here's the way I see it:

Sacks end drives. He had 10 last season.
Turnovers end drives and win games. He had 6 forced fumbles last season.

If he can give us a fraction of that production, he's worth 5 mil (in my opinion). This is clearly a franchise that wants all of it's eggs in one basket over the next couple of years and I'm ok with that. Let's turn this ship around!

If we can get Abraham that would be the cherry on top as far as the offseason goes.

He earned 9 of those sacks, 1 of them was a joke of a play, but he got credit for a sack, but yea I agree with you mostly.
