Kendall's not in contract year, pretty sure we picked up his 5th year option.

I don't think WR should be a priority. Inside out is how we need to build this team.

If NFL was just about picking athletes the Raiders would have won every Superbowl from 2000 on and Vernon Ghoston would be a HoFer. From what I'm understanding the graphs show hes above the 50 percent percentile in every category which is good with his production.

I messed up my first post.

This is Leo Williams spider chart at DT

    It is not particularly close.

This is not the type of athleticism you look for at DE/DT at the #2 spot.

There are a lot of WRs in the second round I'd love to get. Hell, I'd like some in the third as well.

I just don't see anybody in the 2nd/3rd have the ability to be a true WR1 (unless DGB falls to #33, which I doubt).

I think his production, freak athletes don't always pan it. Its the one that know how to use their strengths and avoid weakness. LW is a beast

The thought of Casey and LW on the same line makes me smile.

I'm still 50/50 as to whether I want LW or a franchise QB.

Drafting LW will give us more time to see if Mett can step up to the plate.

If we could get LW along with either DGB, Gurley, or Gordon, I would absolutely jump through the roof.

He isn't mind blowing in the stat column either.

Watch even his circle jerk "best play" videos on YouTube. The guy isn't even the first guy to the ball carrier on many plays. He comes in on the clean up.

I'm not saying the guy will be a complete bust but I don't think he is worth the #2 overall pick.

    Athletic ability isn't there.

    Numbers are not ground breaking.

I look through the sack and tackle numbers in the NCAA, I see all of the usual suspects like Orchard, Beasley, Fowler, Gregory but no Williams.

40% of his tackles were assisted tackles.

He had 7 sacks, ranking 60th in the country.

The only thing he has going for him is size and consistency.

He was consistent all three years at USC on a trash defense in the bottom 50% in the country he was the best player.

    Can't wait.

    "Athleticism isn't everything"

    "Stats aren't everything"

    "Wins aren't everything"

    "Rankings aren't everything"

Which one is it now and what exactly makes this guy so exceptional that he deserves to be taken at #2?
