    As she's leaving work she calls me as soon as she gets in the car and tells me every detail of her day for the length of her trip home. She finally ends the conversation as she pulls onto our street. Then she wonders why I don't ask her about her day?!?

    my wife tries to pull that. I try to cut her off... I've got a great line for it though... I tell her I want her to drive safe and tell me all about it when she gets home. I say I'd rather talk with her in person than hear about it on the phone.

    I guess is just they bore at the wheel, so they call to make it faster.
    I do the same! But I usually call friends I don't see in a while.

    I save the conversation for when I get there.
