Not much in the way of good FA receivers. Here are what appear to be the best:
    • Alshon Jeffrey -- Will be a lot of competition for him. Plus he is injured a lot and has major attitude issues. There is good risk he ends up being an expensive mistake
    • Pierre Garcon -- And he will be 31
    • Michael Floyd -- Who is playing like crap in AZ
    • Kendall Wright -- you starting to get the idea?

To make things worse the WR draft class coming up looks piss poor

Huh? He is money in the redzone. He has some flaws and he put us up 23-20 yesterday while still having a bad game. Did great vs Clev & Mia. Brought us back in Detroit & Hou. Had us at the 4 in the Raider game till Lewan came flying in. Our Defense & ST is our problem right now...

The Titans’ quarterback has completed 40 of 63 pass attempts for 22 touchdowns and zero interceptions inside opponents’ 20. And his 113.8 passer rating in the red zone is second-best in the league since the start of last season, behind only Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford.

    Ouch.

I always thought Wright would over value himself and would price himself right out of TN

That makes it even more likely.

Best might be to sign Garcon to a short term deal and hope for better in the 2018 off season.

Anyone hear Blaine Bishop today on The Zone?

He made a great point today about Mariota not throwing to spots enough but waiting for the WR to break out of their routes (not throwing a WR open).

Maybe it's because he doesn't trust his WRs to be where they are supposed to be or the coaches have told him to be sure someone is open before letting it go.

Tough to throw to a spot and throw open a WR when you watch our guys, I see very little separation they're getting. What happened to KW, dynamite last week then dud this week? We need one WR who can scare a defense then that will help the others get open.

I think it's usual with most young QBs.

He was on a milk carton.

He might be a one of the reasons Mariota isn't throwing more to spots because KW has been known to be less than precise.

NO, he wasn't the "sole" reason, knock that BS off. It's a team game, YES he made a mistake but riddle me this ya goof... are we in a position to win that game without him? DUH!
