Nope. Just saying at this very moment, it'd be hard to rank Mariota above any of them.
Lol Eli won his last Super Bowl 6 years ago!
So because I have MM ranked 3 spots higher than you, I am a homer?
You make no sense talking about small samples. You are the one who brought up last year's stats to prove your point. Hahahaha do you even keep track of what you type on here?
You brought up a small sample size and last year's stats then complain that we are only using a small sample... what?!? This is like arguing with a 12 year old. Well you did say "BAE" so maybe you are.
I think is a different argument than who is currently better. If we bring the trade part up, other considerations like age (old or young) and injury concerns would be argued more.
For example, even though I still put Tom Brady over Mariota currently, I wouldn't trade Mariota for Brady even straight up.
To this Bradford point, does track record have any account in your assessment of him? This past season was leaps and bounds better than every other year.
Bradford is also brings the argument of supporting cast necessity and how all these guys are ranked. While this hurts any case for Mariota, Bradford really isn't any good without a solid run game.
Cousins 8-7-1...no playoff
Bradford 8-8....no playoffs
Palmer 7-8-1... no playoffs
Mariota 9-7...no playoffs
Mariota and the Titans are on the rise whether you like it or not
Not the argument. Those are all team accomplishments and the Titans being on the rise shouldn't necessarily tie in to the current QB rankings.
His hate on Mariota isn't really a disagreement with the Titans improving.
Exactly my point, the yards, TD stats mean nothing if the team isn't doing well. I don't understand his hate for Mariota, alot of praise and respect for him outside of Titan fans.
And how many times did he pass? Again stop comparing stats without attempts listed. You'd think you'd learn. Another guy that threw the ball 150 more times than Mariota but Mariota still threw more touchdowns.
Not trying to defend his distaste for Mariota but those stats are exactly what one would use when trying to argue which QB (just that position) is better than another.
It gets difficult when the team around the QB is better or worse, but using the team record and playoffs or not isn't really valuable in an argument over which QB is better.
Ok. And is still playing at Mariota's level.
So... we going to act like the Super Bowls didn't happen?
Anyone acting like Mariota is a top 10 QB is a homer.
Which is why you wouldn't find any other team's fan ranking him that high.
With Mariota- all we have is a small sample. So... we take his best year (last year) and compare it to others in the league. However, most the others have more time under their belt. More to evaluate. Isn't difficult to follow.
Uh... bruh. Mariota has only played for 2 years. We're comparing him to guys that have mostly played longer.
Acting confused or stupid will never help your argument.
Ah. You also don't understand mocking.
You should probably just bow out of this one.
