    Top 10 in yards. Middle of the pack in scoring. 3rd at covering 3rd downs. More big plays. Top running game.

    Well, the issue that has been brought up is not plays that go for over 20 yards, it is passes that are in the air over 20 yards. That is a big difference. Even so, Mariota is doing better this season with passes in the air over 20 yards than last year, so there has been improvement.

    Ive already shifted from hating the new hires to accepting theyre not as bad as we thought.

    The encouraging thing I keep clinging to in hopes of better days is they're trying an assortment of stuff looking to see what works and doesn't. Ive seen a lot of coaches go down with the ship because they were too stubborn to adapt.
