If he performs like Chad Jackson did at the combine last year, he certainly can move up into the first. Say the board gives him a 2nd round grade, but some scouts persuade him to partake in the combine...could he partake in the combine without declaring or would he have to declare? My question about him are how good are his hands compared to CJ, DJ and Ginn? The one scout in the article said he and DJ are on level terms...also, what's his background like? He has a daughter in Memphis....he got any more baggage?
doubtful..................he is a round three to four guy but he can move up with a Donte Stallworth like post season
