I'm in the US :) You're "on the mainland"...not "back in the states".

The water sucks in Pensacola too...it isn't blue there either, and that's Gulf Coast. You must be talking REALLY south...where the entire civilization is canals. I only recently heard that there is some good reef snorkeling there.

As a former North Carolinian, I visited the beaches...but wouldn't swim in those waters. Here, it's hard to get me out of them. I got stung several times by a Portuguese man-o-war today, but I'll be back out there as soon as the wind changes and sends them back out into the channel.

I just got back to town late last night. Sorry I missed Titanium week.

I remember those early "caveman" days, they were a great time.
There was a get-together we had at 2nd and Goal to watch the Titans play at Cleveland. My daughter was really small. Diehard Dave was there, of course.

The caravan we had going to opening Saturday Training Camp at BSP in Bellevue was great. We had about 10 or so vehicles start from NES, all with Tenn Oiler car flags flying, heading down I-40 to the surprise of other motorists.

Then there was the Training Camp tailgate we had at a park near Metrocenter, which was over run in the end by inner city kids that thought the food was for them.
Tailgating at Training Camp was always HOT, HUMID, and lots of fun!

I also remember a great get-together at Jillians to watch a game. Titanfan 89 was there.

But my question is, whatever happened to Bluebeard (formally known as Disco) and his "Flame Pit"? I still have my Flame Pit towel. Does he ever post anymore?

Florida is were the old people, from NY where they rode subways and taxis all their lives, go to get their first car and learn to drive.
I'm just glad I survived 27 years there and was able to get out before they dug up the last tree or before they built a house between mine and my neighbors, when we could already shake hands without ever leaving our respective homes..
