Ya. I used to be the nice cool manager...then i realized i was doin everyones job for them. So now i bark orders all day. Ive made three people quit. They were worthless ****** employees. Almost got a fourth out the door....any day now im sure....

I tell everyone if you do your job ill be the coolest nicest boss evrr. When i have to tell you the same **** ovver and over then you will hate me cuz i dont have patience for people who think work is social hour.
