    I think he has been fine this year. Especially in the 3 safety sets where he is asked to play deep. Whether it is the addition of Pollard and Wilson, Greg Williams on the coaching staff or a combination it is working.

    I think Griff has just proven to us he excels when he can be asked to do the things he is good at. however if you take him out of his comfort zone he looks lost and confused.

    In my opinion thats the definition between "pro-bowl" and all-pro. The All pro guys can most likely be asked to do something outside of their comfort zone and get it done competently.

    I am not even joking when I say I could do Griffins job this year.

    He sits 20-yards back and just eyes the QB. He has an easier job than Brett Kern.

    He can come back next year but he better restructure or Ill be pissed. We can do a lot of things with his $6M salary.
