speaking of PFF, they just put this out there for us

lot of valuable info in there for those of us looking for a winning combination of players in FA

they grade Harris at 76.9, think if that were him in Madden, thats a good to fair grade, not amazing not bad, just good.

 

PFF sucks, stop trying to defend it.

 

If you're saying they don't have accurate grades due to x, y, and z....how is it worth anything?

Writers quoting pff stuffs irks me because the beat writer of the team should know the team better than a guy with no real football knowledge watching tape and going off his opinion! PFF is opinion based too....and they aren't coaches or scouts and don't accurately explain a lot of their judging....because they can't. They don't have enough football knowledge to always know who is covering who or how they are assigning success or failure of a db in a zone scheme when a catch is made between his zone and a lb's?

 

PFF is just another way to measure players against each other. Its not the end all be all, and it doesn't suck. Its a tool, treat it like that.

I appreciate PFF grades for OL and DL a lot more than skill positions, FWIW.
