Read up on the guy and looks like good depth. Can play inside or out, real good on STs. Played well in Indy when coming in for injured players. 43 combine tackles and one sack with only one official start is pretty darn good.

The Titans agreed to a two-year contract with former Colts and Eagles linebacker Moise Fokou, according to sources familiar with the situation.

Fokou, a four-year pro, played the past three seasons with the Colts, where he played in 59 games, with 23 starts. In 2012, Fokou had 39 tackles in four starts.

Fokou, who was born in Cameroon, is a versatile linebacker capable of playing both inside and outside. With the Titans, he’s expected to fill the spot formerly held by veteran Will Witherspoon, who is a free agent.
