Length of practice: 1 hour, 30 minutes

    Gear: Helmets, shells, shorts

    Weather: Sunny, 82 degrees

Best: Wide receiver Damian Williams made a couple of excellent catches on Ryan Fitzpatrick passes, stretching out both times at the right sideline to haul passes in … Wide receiver Nate Washington beat Alterraun Verner down the left sideline and Jake Locker hit him in stride in the end zone … Tight end Craig Stevens reacted quickly to a deflected Locker pass near the end zone, diving for the falling attempt and hauling in it for a touchdown.

Worst: All three starting linebackers were missing due to injury. Patrick Bailey, Kadarron Anderson and Tim Shaw replaced the starters … Kicker Rob Bironas shanked one attempt of about 45 yards badly to the left.

Of note: Tight end Delanie Walker (knee) made his first training-camp practice, as the Titans brought him off the physically unable to perform list … Center Rob Turner took first-team snaps at that position and Verner took first-team snaps ahead of Tommie Campbell … Missing practice due to injury were wide receiver Kendall Wright (knee), safety Markelle Martin (hamstring), safety Daimion Stafford (hamstring), fullback Quinn Johnson (hamstring), linebacker Greg Jones (ankle), linebacker Zaviar Gooden (ankle), linebacker Colin McCarthy (hamstring), linebacker Moise Fokou (soreness), linebacker Zach Brown (unspecified), linebacker Akeem Ayers (ankle), center Brian Schwenke (hamstring), wide receiver Marc Mariani (shoulder), defensive end Ropati Pitoitua (hand).

Fokou and Brown probably should sit out. We need them ready.

Hopefully Ayers and Wright are ready for the opener.

Look like D Willy is poised for a big year if he can find playing time. Everything I've heard and seen about him this offseason has been positive.

Getting concerned about Rob. He used to be a kicker that you knew was always going to make the kick, but now I don't even have confidence the he will make the easy ones
