completely agree with this! I just do wish they would let defenders play their game too! These personal foul calls based on the results of the hit and not the actual hit are what get me angry. That's about it from my side. They do a decent job of calling some games, it depends on the crew too. Some crews are known for throwing flags and some let players play. The league needs to address that and become more consistent imo.

Calls get missed because refs have to watch 22 players mangle each other every play, and it all happens in about 1-3 seconds' time. Then they have to make split-second decisions about what they saw, with the knowledge that millions of people are watching and at least half of them will disagree with their decision. It's not an easy job.

Most conspiracy theories are ludicrous and simply ignorant. Up top is one reason. Also, they imply "mass secret keeping"; which is virtually impossible for humans to do.

It just follows a faulty form of logic that assumes correlation is always causation. That is an elementary school train of thought folks. If I said that ice cream sales cause crime to increase, would you believe that is true? Because ice cream sales do increase with crime rates...

I really doubt the league or refs had anything to do with the Music City Miracle or Jevon Kearse destroying offensive linemen all season..

Anyone who says the NFL is rigged and uses missed calls by referees as an example of said rigging is reaching. You're assuming that officials have the ability to make every call correctly and choose to intentionally miss or make the call that goes in the favor they want.

BS! Sure, officiating leans toward favoring the more popular team, but i doubt it goes any further than that. What bothers me is how it's the end of the world if you hit Manning or Brady late, but it's no big deal if you try to separate Chris Johnson's foot from his leg at the bottom of the pile after the play in a playoff game. Can you imagine if the Ravens had done that to Tom Brady? They would have lost at least one player the next week, and there would have been an investigation into Rex Ryan and the rest of the defensive coaches and players to see if it was ordered. Since it was just the Titans however, it's no big deal. The NFL was happy to see a Ravens/Steelers AFC title game. It's a great rivalry. Besides, who cares about the Titans? Now, the NBA? That sh*t is absolutely rigged by one sided officiating in the playoffs. They make it almost impossible to defeat the team the NBA wants to win a series imo.

I believe it. Why else would Munchak try a 37 yard field goal with 2 seconds left to go in the game when were are down by 10?

I mean whats the point? Try to get 3 more just so the score doesnt look as bad. No go for the endzone.

Didn't really matter b/c Bironas missed it. You could tell he was pissed to be rushed out there for a pointless kick.

This totally proves thousands of people are in together on the most large-scale, decades-long scam in world history. I'm convinced.
