Morgan Doubtful for Week 1

Damn, so much potential but always hurt

 

This is very bad news, but I guess whoever said it takes 2 years to recover from an ACL is correct. I was just hoping it would go faster because of his age.

If it has responded like it has, he should really stay off of it until he is 100% or close to it...I don't want this to hinder him in the future, which I still think is bright for us.

 

we are getting very thin on DL, already.

And for whoever said Dunlap hasn't played in the preseason, who cares, he played all last year and was great, Morgan hasn't played in either!!

 

He is his surgeon. I'm sure he has been to see him many times. I know he went to see him in July.

While this isn't good news, I don't think a "Doubtful" and a doctor's visit are quite enough to write a guy off.

 

Morgan on the bench is still better than JPP.

 

Just do what it take to get it healed. We have had injuries like this before were the player comes back to early. This is a good season to get well.

In half a season of play last year he had 9.5 sacks, 3 hurries, 3 batted passes.

He was one of the best defensive players in the league.
