Finally watched Drive.
Not bad, but as good as I had hoped with the talks of it.
Kind of boring.
Someone seems a lil jealous of Ryan.
You're kind of boring.
Drive > you
Drive one of those "pretty to look at but really slow" movies. If you like Ryan Gosling, watch The Place Beyond the Pines, I think you'll like it a lot more...and he pretty much plays the same character except he talks more lol.
Because all the castor oil, exfoliaters and expensive sneakers won't make him as nearly as handsome as Ryan.
He's more of a badass in Drive though, 100% truths
One of the scenes that I thought was really powerful was when
Jason went to go visit that trailer park loner. The dude was so awkward and weird from being a hermit, that it was almost uncomfortable to watch with how he interacted with Jason, like he was going to molest him at any second. You could tell Luke was the only friend he's had in a long time and he literally saw Luke in Jason. Even with Luke, there always a gay undertone with how lonely the guy was.
Please. I was better looking than Ryan Gosling before he landed "The Notebook".
I remember when no one thought of him as anything but average. Wait 'til I get my girly movie casting! YOU JUST WAIT!
I do like Gosling as an actor though. And agree with the "pretty to look at" aspect of drive. I liked it alright, just nothing special. Nothing "gripping" about it. No suspense or anything interesting in the plot unfold.
Idk, I thought when he smashed a guys skull in with his boot in an elevator infront of that qtpie girl was pretty gripping.
PLUS RON FKIN PEARLMAN BRO, HELLBOY THATS WHAT.
Oh my god.
