Alright so obviously any fans dream is for their team to win it all, but how that team gets there also matters.

Ideally I would hope for this scenario to play out for us.

First we have a healthy roster, lets face it, if McCarthy, Britt or Johnson go down, we're in trouble. So my first wish for the team would be they all stay off the injury list.

Now for the good stuff. Lets say we finish 10-6. In all my years as a Titans fan Ive learned this franchise is incapable of perfection, and thats ok cause you dont need to go 16-0 to win a Super Bowl, plenty of 3rd seed, and 4th seeds, and even wildcard team win championships. So us dropping 1 game we should win is no big deal so long as we reach 10 wins.

I dont care how we reach 10-6 so long as we reach 10-6 or better. Hopefully at no point are we under .500 cause no one talks about teams under .500, and I'd like to see the Titans get some national attention. Its always more fun having a winning season when the whole country is watching. We dont need all those prime time games this year, but it would be cool to eventuality get those games, and that would have to start this year if anyone likes seeing their team play under the lights.

Come playoff time I hope we face (in no special order) the Ravens, the Steelers, and the Patriots.

Some fans might think thats suicide, but hey, if you want to be the best, you have to beat the best, and throughout history those 3 franchise have become my least favorites. So beating them in any order in the post season would make winning a championship oh so much better.

Little extras that would make the year good would be:
    • C.J. reaching 2000-yards again
    • Jake Locker throwing for 20+ TD's
    • 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 Pro Bowlers
    • Defense holds opponents under 300 points
    • Rob Bironas returns to form and never misses another 3-pointer

How about you guys, any special wishes to how we do things? I know a Super Bowl is a long shot, but hey, crazier things have happened.

McCarthy staying healthy :hugelaugh:This will be Colin "Crutches" McCarthy by the end of the season, no doubt.

But seriously, I'm glad to see optimism. You're absolutely correct about 10-6 teams having a shot to go all the way. Many times the best team in the NFL doesn't win the Super Bowl, it's more about getting hot at the right time. I would stroke myself to that playoff run you suggested.

Edit: The image I wanted to post of McCarthy wasn't uploading properly, so I added it as an attachment.

The two things which I think would mean the Titans have a great '13 is ending up in the top five in time of possession and turnover ratio.

ToP would mean the offense is stringing together first downs and the defense is getting off the field. The turnover ratio would mean Locker is taking care of the football, the Titans are running effectively (meaning Locker isn't passing the football 30+ times) and that the defense is giving the ball back to the offense.

Give me those and I guarantee the Titans are in the playoffs.

My dream season would be if Faith Hill left her husband for :cj: and started making rap music:

WTF do you think the dream season would be? Super Bow winl with the Colts finishing last and Andrew Luck's career coming to an end. That it is the dream.

Oh also; for this to be a good year, I'd like to see Pollard rip somebody in half, preferably Michael Griffin before the game starts.

    Ultimate dream season...

    1. Destroy the Steelers on opening day; Poopamalu breaks his leg and Rottenburger gets sacked 7 times causing him to retire.

    2. Make the damn Chargers look like chumps at LP field. Send Rivers and Gates (both in crutches) crying all the way back to San Diego.

    3. Put Mr. "Lucky" Andrew luck and Matt Scabb on his back so their jerseys turn green.

    4. Beat the Seahawks in a come from behind spectacular win.

    5. Win division...or at least go 10-6.

    6. CJ gets 1500 + yards and 12 tds.

    7. Locker throws for 3500 + yds with 25 tds, runs for 400 yds with 10 tds and has less than 10 int's.

    8. Britt, CJ, Pollard, Warmack, Wright, and Brown go to Pro Bowl.

    9. Pollard takes Justin Blackmon's and Andre Johnson's head off across the middle.

    10. Playoff appearance.

Dominant wins against Steelers week 1 and All AFC South.

Locker having <8 int's on the season and allowing our WR corp to dominate.

Playoffs, playoffs, playoffs. This is a must.

Putting the 2k back in CJ2k.

Defense: Bone crushing hits and big turnovers.
