Not far. If you are coming from the south, get off at the Shelby Street exit. When you hit the top of the hill, stay in the right lane (whichever one allows you to go straight). You'll see a sign which says "closed. local traffic only" across the street but go there anyway. You'll pass some homes and, as the street turns sharply to the right, we are there just to the right.

You'll see two awnings, a goTitans.com flag, a white truck and black suv.
