Since the post-season is almost here may as well start a thread.

John Salmons has been beastly for the Bulls since we got him.

I also think the Lakers will win it all.

Rockets baby. This is our year. Artest is a beast. I can not even explain how he plays. Last week I saw him him tangle with his defender on purpose to take his three pointer, and he did infact clear enough room to get off his three and make it. Most players like Tmac or Kobe fade away or rise up. Artest attacked the defender at the three point line like he attacks a big at the rim, and it works. I honestly have no idea how he can do it. Strong is the only way to describe it. A beast.

He's doing what T-mac never did ( enough of ) , taking it to the rim. I won't blame our success on T-Mac's absence. That is too easy. Afterall, last year it was Tmac who went on a 22 game win streak without Yao. So that's unfair. Plus T-mac is good for a trip doub every night.

The lakers need to worry. We are deep. We used to struggle with the Jazz, but now we own them, I can see the improvement. We used to struggle with the Hornets, now we own them. The Rockets are stepping up. The Lakers still own us, but we are much deeper than ever before. So I like our chances.

    #2 seed today.

Recently beat the Cavs, Hornets, and Celtics. 2 legit to quit.

Celtics have to be the favorite. Too talented. Lakers 2. Spurs 3. Rockets 4. Cavs 5. Miami 6.

I see everyone else as a pretender, although some very good teams like the Jazz mixed in there, they don't really have a championship element to them.

I'm glad to see there's an NBA thread here. I always like posting in the one over at the TOMB. But yeah this shouldn't really be a debate.... The Lakers are winning it.
