I think it depends on your personal situation. We signed up for the streaming plus one DVD. Come to find out we were averaging three DVDs a month because we seem to watching streaming (mainly TV shows) more than movies.

We dropped the DVD and saved a couple of bucks. If we want something newer, we'll either hit Red Box or start a VUDU account.

Why not get a job? Im 21 and I'm in school fulltime(18 hours) an work full time with no scholarship, pay it in full... Stop complaining. I have the 3 DVD+blurays and instant streaming, it sucks they went up but it's worth it IMO.

You sound like a bum complaining about beer prices.

I would if I wasn't disabled. So the prices bug me when on a very small fixed income.

I really wish they would add more stuff on stream, but since Netflix apparently accounts for 40% of all America's bandwidth that probably won't happen.

They can only put so much on there... I just wish they wouldn't take stuff down so oftenly.

For me the streaming plan is easily worth it for the TV shows alone. Heck of a selection.

That's all I pay for... $7.99 a month for streaming. So glad they didn't up the price on that, but they probably will eventually.

I had to quit my job a year ago as my health was failing and almost died. Since then Having a bad heart unable to work on a fixed income and cut the cable to have roku to be cheaper. Netflix increases prices then others will soon follow and not like disability going to give more than the less than 1K a month.
So yeah I can complain. ESP in the economy asking people to spend more is tough for many out there.
