    Well, yeah. He did start developing those "bird-like" features in the comics as the years progressed. Blame it on Burton and the live action TV show from the 60's.

    Joseph Gordon-Levitt is in the movie now, playing the role of Alberto Falcone, Carmine's son.

    There are still rumours of Two-Face coming back (denied by both Eckhart and Nolan) and Ra's Al-Gul (Neeson said he hasn't been offered any role).

    In the comics he is immortal, however Nolan is going the 'realistic' route and immortality doesn't really fit into it.

    Because it's absurd to say that everyone has a cell phone and furthermore, it's even more ridiculous to say assume that you can find their location and actually see them. Also, I'm not so sure that any modern day hallucinogen could be excreted through the air...
