We went outside the organization 2 years ago......

Our biggest problem is now gone. I dont care where we look as long as it ends up working.

Also seen the name Jon Robinson thrown around on Twitter. Current Bucs exec that helped build that team the last two years. Also a TN native...

 

Let's get some Patriots blood in this FO because they know how to run a damn organization.

 

This sounds like a good name. TN native, worked under Belicheck for 2 years, helped build a nice nucleus of young players in Tb recently.

 

My bet is they have already put out feelers for guys the want to gauge interest. With McCarron starting for the Bengals, Jackson should be available soon.

A TN native, and a man who quickly rose up the ranks in a phenomenal organization. 2014 to now, he's served as the Bucs Director of Player Personnel.

This is a no brainer IMO.

 

Might be crazy but what about Jerry Reese.

Tennessee native, born in Tiptonville on Reelfoot Lake, played and coached at UT Martin, member of Tennessee Sports HOF.

52 years old and currently the GM of the NY Giants but there is some talk of instability within the organization. Just throwing his name out there however unlikely it may be.
