    From day one, I thought the Mularkey hire/retention was going to be a step back for this organization. I believe Robinson has a plan in place and Mularkey will not be retained next season. Ownership has seen that Robinson has an eye for talent and I believe he has a short list of candidates for next season. So, here is the first name that I believe has always been on his list....Josh McDaniel. Robinson has ties to the Patriot organization and McDaniel has been one of the most underrated offensives minds in the NFL. Brady get's all of the credit and deserves most of it, but the receiving corp and running backs on that team are average at best.

    Robinson has an eye for talent? So far the rb he traded for fumbled twice, the wr he added dropped a td pass, two of the guys he took in the second were invisible today, he traded away our 2nd next year for a guy that might have been there at 15th

    At some point, it all works itself out.....but not after week one. The draft picks will be graded in years not 1 week. I do know this, Mularkey now has had 3 head coaching positions. The result will be the same as before.

    Me asking if our next coach will stick with Mary or take a qb at 1 when we inevitably fire mularkey after a 1-15 season

    I thought Mularkey had a 3 year contract? I wouldnt mind a new approach to coaching this team, but coaching is not what lost us the game today as much as I hate to say it.

    Why wasn't this hire made in the offseason? Why didn't the shrimp with the fat head step out of the way long enough for Jon Robinson to make HIS hire. And not a hire that was clearly forced. Amy whose and what best interest in mind again?

    Nothing has changed culturally in this organization. And I fear for all of you it's going to be another long year due to another dufus decision by yet this ownership group.
