No, why? It's just a council that will meet with the Commish and give the players point of view. And btw the title is misleading, it's not a council on player conduct solely, it's about a lot of different issues involving the players.

I'm a little concerned that conflict of interest could play in any disciplinary issues- particularly regarding Pac. I've heard Saturday make comments that there is no place in the league for detrimental behavior like Pac has displayed. It bothers me that he plays in the same division and has never been as vocal about guys like Rhodes, and other Colts players who have had "image" issues. Donovin Darius on the Jags.

33% of the council comes from divisional rival teams of the Titans. Considering there are 8 divisions, it just seems disproportionate to me. I'm sure it's not an issue- it just bothers me that Goodell didn't appear to consider conflict of interest.

I don't think the council will have any input on individual cases.

Hope not. I got the impression that Goodell intends to use them as a sounding board.
