NFL experimenting with new PAT rules

    There would be some strange game planning if that was allowed. I am thinking of end game scenarios, where teams would stop their drive at the 35-37 instead of trying to get closer to punch in a winning kick when down by 3. Teams with great kickers would have a huge advantage. I think it would be boring.
