Some of you guys are acting like that because some of us want an updated look to the uniforms that it somehow means we don't care as much about getting wins, and somehow getting new uniforms means the team isn't concentrating on winning. You realize that if the uniforms were to be updated the coaching staff and players would have little to no say at all in how they look. It's not like they would have a week long break from practices and have a team meeting to design it themselves.

As I and others have said, sometimes cool uniforms attracts people to become a fan of a team. It would help our fanbase grow. It would help someone who doesn't have a rooting interest in the NFL possibly become a fan of the Titans. It would make us relevant (at least to some extent) something which we are obviously not right now; we were one of two teams that are not going to be covered by NFL Network. And I think that's the point.

I definitely don't think that's the case. But even if it were, an upgrade in coaching is about the best kind of upside you can have. Aside from bringing in a legit franchise QB.

I have my doubts about Hurd. Mainly because of how upright he runs. Some SEC LBs will clean his clock if he doesn't lower his pad level.

This is why I always said he's best suited for defense or a TE/H-Back

I have seen this hate all offseason though. It's not just tv either. I have a few podcast that I listen too from time to time and when they do the division break downs they do every team and completely leave the Titans out or show blatant disrespect. I have heard us get called completely irrelevant as a team on two different podcast. The Around The League and the Grantland podcast to be specific. The Football Today podcast just simply act as if we don't exist and completely leaves us out of conversation. I believe it was the Grantland podcast that they discussed every team. The browns, jags, bucs, and bills all teams more irrelevant than the Titans and when they got to the Titans they said well there is no team more irrelevant. Completely pointed that out and then skipped discussing us completely. It made me want to throw my fkn phone because that hate is undeserved.

Peyton has something that Tee Martin, Jamal Lewis, Travis Henry, John Henderson, Albert Haynesworth, Arian Foster and others didn't have.

Then again even when the Titans have a star from UT like Justin Hunter, Knoxville is strangely silent with their support.

Knoxville and UT do not like the Titans. Ever since the Titans moved here they have acted like they are somehow competing with UT.

Listen to radio callers and sports media guys in Knoxville. The Titans will be ignored in their sports coverage and if someone does bring them up jokes are made and they move on.
