NFL to Falcons: No Super Bowl Party for You

This is one of those technicality rules.

It's illegal so they can lawfully go after these huge parties - be serious, you know what I mean. Are they going to go after everyone that breaks this? Nah... but it's a kind of loophole that allows them to without watering down the rule.

 

The proper way to deal with this is to have the oarty anyway, and when the NFL sues,.send an armed gang to beat the hell out of the lawyers and hospitalize them. Repeat as necessary until hospital fees surpass lawyer fees or until lawyers decide it's not worth pursuing. This is not a country under rule of law; it's a country under rule of lawyers; that's why we killed redcoat scum.

 

Honestly, this should be allowed... keep the rule, but allow it in NFL sanctioned locations.

It SHOULD be about the fans... promoting the fanbase for the teams in big games.

 

Yeah, it seems like the NFL really has a vendetta against fans. "You will give us money and cheer for your team in the way that I SAY TO!!...."

 

Did the ratings stabilize or stay low after the election?

 

As long as Jon Gruden and Cris Collinsworth are covering MNF and SNF games ratings will suffer

 

The NFL should be embracing their fans more... obvious statement is obvious. However, it seems as though they are taking them for granted and getting big heads.

Let the fans watch in their stadium. Promote the hell out of it. BIGGEST SUPERBOWL PARTY EVER.

Because the Superbowl isn't an event for the teams' fans... it's for the teams with ticket holders being anyone who can afford them.
