does anyone remember the last big name Cincy WR we brought in?

I do... I was so excited I bought his jersey ...

only for it to be given away to charity 2 years later ...sigh...

 

No agent is gonna let a #1 WR come to TN.

Everyone knows VY will be back next year. #1 wr want passes... they cant get that with VY and our running game.

 

Receiver isn't one of the hardest positions to learn, I don't know where anyone got that assumption. But it isn't easy. And it would take time, which is one reason I think the Titans won't trade for a receiver.

Tony Gonzalez will likely be a Giant, that will be the only big trade IMO.

Guys like Holt or other Veterans that still have some gas in the tank just want a ring, and tennessee is a viable option for that.

Not to beat a dead horse, but either one of these guys would be a nice upgrade over LenDale, IMO. Michael Bush was a 1st round pick before the broken leg. He could be the "bruiser" that CJ never had......

 

Bush, White, and CJ would be a good backfield. It'll cost way too much to get him though. I bet they want at the minimum a 3rd, which is way too much, IMO.

 

So when is the trade deadline?

Tonight at 12 or tomorrow night?

Or am I way off?
