This is strange to me. They get involved now? Maybe it's because several of the others had theirs altered in some way. I don't think it changes anything though.
Ban him for life, just for the sheer arrogance of not taking his discipline like a man. This is the NFL, not a street crime in which a public defender can get you off on a technicality. He was banned for a year, and now the players union is freaking out? What a steaming load. Part of the lesson is to make plain to the kid who exactly is boss. He doesn't get it.
