    I checked on Finny's contract and the reason why his CAP hit is so high is because he has a 9 mil base with a 5 mil bonus added. He only played for a 5 mil base last season.

    I honestly wouldn't mind him, if anything he's a high character guy who has shown in the past he can be a really good cornerback. I don't know if there were major issues with the Eagles defensive scheme or DC that caused his play to regress so dramatically. But if it gets into a bidding war then I would steer clear.
