Drafting based on need or best player means about as much as play calling: it doesn't mean anything if the players don't execute. If the guy you draft just flat out sucks, then who cares why you took him? Coaches and GM's are made to look like geniuses when the play scores a TD or the player turns into a monster. But what it all comes back to is the guys on the field executing. Webster couldn't find talent, and Whiz couldn't get them to execute. Therefore, we suck.
