Game vs. wedding: Titans team physician Dr. Burton Elrod will be on a tight schedule Saturday. There's the playoff game at 3:30 p.m., and his only daughter, 24-year-old Lacy, is getting married. The wedding was scheduled for the afternoon, but it was moved 7:30 p.m. The challenge will be getting from LP Field to a Green Hills church. "I might have to miss the last five minutes of the game,'' Elrod said. "I've got a police escort to take me to the interstate and if I get there I can make it to the church in time to change into my tuxedo and walk my daughter down the aisle.'' doc gets a rep.
Obviously, the good Dr. didn't teach his daughter anything. Why would she want to marry anybody who would agree to get married on a day when the Titans are playing? Or hell, even during football season. That should have been a warning right there!! How can he call himself a man? He has to be a colts fan.
