    SUMMARY: The off-season workouts at Baptist Sports Park are underway for Titans players and intensity is at an all-time high on the field and in the weight room. Strength and conditioning coach Steve Watterson is impressed with the commitment he sees by the players. "This team knows how to work,” said Watterson. "Some teams around the league have eight or 10 guys there right now. We have every man on our roster here and accounted for. That says a lot about this team and the work ethic they have." The morning routine consists of on-field activities such as agility and speed drills, followed by a couple of hours in the weight room.

    EVERYONE showed up. That's impressive to me. It also mentioned that Vince has been encouraging Lendale in workouts. I'm hoping we really see the team start to come together. Being committed and all being on the same page can make a difference. These are the things I used to love about the Titans, let's bring 'em back.
