It's one of the biggest rivalries in sports, it is always close no matter the ranking of the teams that year. Wouldn't be a rivalry otherwise.

You can manipulate lots of things except numbers that SUPPORT your claim that scUM has out recruited OSU the past 7 years. At least Rivals had scUM ranked higher one year.
